The Balcony Orlando located at the Chase Plaza in the heart of Downtown. With a convenient location, it’s easy to imagine your next event here. It is ideal for weddings, birthdays, dinner parties, holiday parties, small or large corporate events, and more. The opportunities to celebrate are immeasurable.

IT’S IN THE DETAILS
You’ll be provided an approved vendor list, complete with everything you need to have the perfect event: licensed caterers, photographers, and more.

Good times shouldn’t have to stop early. We’re excited to announce that your event can go until 2:00 am on Friday and Saturday nights. That way, when the party’s just getting started, you don’t have to rush everyone out.

YOUR PERFECT SPACE
It’s your event. It should be everything you imagined. We won’t limit you to a predetermined floor plan or a specific timeline. We simply provide the canvas for you to paint on. However, if you need help planning any of the details, we know exactly who to call.

Our main space, The Balcony, is included with every rental. If you’d like an indoor space as well, we can provide The Gallery, an interior space with a modern aesthetic. The Gallery is ideal for smaller events like cocktail hour. Nearby restrooms and a private suite are also provided for your convenience.
